Course Description
Concepts and principles of leadership, management, policy, and politics in delivering patient care within health care systems and the implications related to nursing practice. Relationships between policies and politics in the health field and the impact on patient care and access to healthcare.Prerequisite: C or better in NURS 250 for RN-BSN students; C or better in NURS 400, NURS 412, NURS 424, NURS 425, NURS 411, NURS 422, and NURS 431 for Generic BSN students .Corequisite: NURS 435 for Generic BSN students only.FS: 11/02/2022.
