Project Description: Comprehensive interior renovation of Barnwell College will enhance building performance while restoring natural light where possible. The project includes replacement of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and installation of a code-compliant fire sprinkler system. The Psychology Department has been temporarily relocated to leased swing space at BullStreet. The contractor will mobilize onsite and begin interior abatement and demolition in early November 2026.
