Background

Connor has been a part of the Russell House community in various roles throughout his career, beginning as a student Building Manager while attending the University of South Carolina and later joining full time as an Operations and Events Coordinator after graduation. He went on to work at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee, as a Public Safety Manager, partnering with arena leadership and the Nashville Predators to oversee building and event security for concerts, games, and special events. Connor then returned to Columbia to serve as Event Manager at Colonial Life Arena, where he collaborated with promoters, Gamecock Athletics, and event organizers to plan and execute large-scale events. He later made his return to Russell House as Assistant Director for Facilities, leading building operations and working closely with university partners to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Connor enjoys facility and event management and is excited to continue growing in his role back at the university.
