Mission

The Student Affairs and Academic Support Financial Services team is dedicated to supporting the strategic priorities of the division and university.  We do this by creating a collaborative, effective, and efficient work environment aimed at being the financial experts supporting the division’s operations, servicing students, parents, and staff.  Our team is dedicated to providing professional expertise, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and seeking continuous improvements throughout our division’s community and institution.

The Student Affairs and Academic Support Financial Services team will provide outstanding service and performance to our division’s counterparts that supports and promotes the success of the division’s strategic priorities, business operations, and the student experience.

Goals

  • Contribute to the success of the Student Affairs and Academic Support’s strategic priorities.
  • Support a work environment that seeks collaboration among divisional staff.
  • Continuous improvement in business processes, policies and procedures, and financial systems.
  • Provide timely and accurate expertise in all related financial matters.
  • Reduce complexity and promote clarity in financial reporting and oversight for divisional staff and leadership.
  • Provide responsible resource allocation oversight; focused at achieving strategic priorities and required business operations.
