Geography grad student awarded research grant
Jill Thornton has been awarded a SPARC grant by the university. The grant provides funding to support her research project titled "Christian Geopolitical Imaginations & Missionary Interactions with Refugees in Germany." Thornton, a doctoral student in the geography program, is being advised by Caroline Nagel. The university's SPARC grants are presented "to encourage outstanding students to pursue exciting research directions during their graduate career."
