Academic Year 2025-2026 Professional-Track Promotions

If your file is currently under review, you will be notified via email when your file has been submitted to the Office of the Provost (May 1st deadline). Candidates will be notified of decisions in late summer 2026, with promotions effective August 16, 2026.

Professional-Track Basic Science

Chair’s Office submits candidate names via Lori Anna Davis by October 15, 2026.
Final files are due from Chair’s Office to Lori Anna Davis by November 15, 2026.

Professional-Track Clinical Departments

Chair’s Office submits candidate names via Microsoft Forms by August 28, 2026.
