Background

Viola Konopka joined the Office of Career Management as an Undergraduate Career Coach.  Viola will be working primarily with accounting and economics majors while also teaching BADM 301.  Viola brings a background in career development and student engagement. She previously served as a Career Development Facilitator, guiding students through career exploration, goal setting, and academic planning, while leading career-focused programs and experiences.  

Viola earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Economics and holds the Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) certification.  She is passionate about helping students build confidence, identify their strengths, and take meaningful steps toward their future careers. 

Outside of work, Viola enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, practicing yoga, listening to audiobooks, and spending time with her husband and adult children.
